<3. @open words: #### | Erica sat outside the café sipping her coffee her foot bobbing to the music playing in her right ear for my earbud the other one exposed so she can hear if anyone tried to speak to her. She wore a floral print dress with a Jean jacket over it some intricate sandals clung to her feet. She was scribbling away and notebook some some bullshit seen in her dream she knew it was definitely a cold she does have yet to figure out the particulars of it.
She was not working in the shop today and this café I just recently popped up here and was giving it a try so far the coffee was pretty good. It really wasn't the perfect place in town not too far from my work so she could always get a cup on the way in. She was going to have to share this place with her friends as soon as possible.
Se hummed to herself to the music in her ear trying to get the fine details of the symbol down so she could try and get gelp in pinpointing what it meant. She hoped it had nothing to crazy to it. She really was not looking for her dreams to start take on meanings. Sent from my iPhone

Alright, this was it. Valhaven was ready to take on it's newest member. Hunter had been here a few times before, having visited his mother's side of the family, but he didn't really take note of much here, not before anyways. He had taken a few hours in the morning not only to keep working on unpacking boxes in his apartment, but also try and scout the streets, see what it was he could pick as landmarks to remember. It wasn't going to take too long to get to the know the area, it was a very small town anyways, but even still...the last thing he wanted was to get lost, especially once he started work.
So far so good. Hunter was certain he knew how to get to the campus alright, as well as most of downtown's hot spots near his apartment, and now it was time to explore a bit of the uptown area, things were a little...classier up this way, and it seemed to put Hunter a bit more at ease. There was another reason for coming up this way aside from just...catching the sights. Erica and her side of the family lived in Valhaven, and it didn't take long to get a hold of her. The two got along very well growing up, despite being a few hours apart in terms of where they lived, so it did make Hunter extremely happy to be closer – practically neighbors – with one of his favorite relatives. He was eager to see the brunette, and fellow magic wielder, that was probably another reason why they got along so well, they understood one another on that level.
With his hands shoved in his jacket pockets, looking left and right trying to stop the coffee shop – cafe – Hunter spotted the brown hair of a familiar being. A small smile moved across his lips, picking up his pace. He wasn't overly expressive with his emotions or words, but there were times where they were certainly called for. Approaching, but staying quiet, Hunter couldn't resist the opportunity that stared him blank in the face. Moving behind Erica, he was quick to put his hands against her shoulders upon getting to her, hoping to give her a little it of a scare. “Here you are,” he had started before moving around the table slightly and pulling out a seat neat to her. Blue eyes turned down to look at what it was she was doodling, quirking a brow at it, it looked...rather detailed, specific even. “Something important?” He gestured towards her drawing, curious as to what it was about, but that could really wait.
It was just...so nice to see her again.

<3. words: #### | A loud yelp escaped Erica when someone touched her out of the blue with no warning. Her eyes went wild until she heard and all to familiar voice so followed by seeing his face. "Oh my god!" she exclaimed her upset already forgotten. "Hunter!" she said her face lighting up as she looked him over. It had been a while since she had seen her cousin and boy had her grown then again so had she. "Don't you look great!" she said not sure why he was here but she was more then happy to see him all the same. "It has been to long." she said before moving to jab him in the arm. "That's for scaring me." she said before a smile settled back on her lips.
"Oh this...I don't know it's nothing really." she said before spinning it and moving it to face him. "I saw it in my dreams and can get it out of my head....recognize it?" she asked curiously though she wasn't sure if he would be of help. "What are you doing here?" she asked after a beat last she recalled he did not live in town was he visiting? "You mother visiting her sister?" she asked assuming that was the case. She moved to take a sip of her coffee it warming up her insides. "You should try the coffee here it is amazing." she said nodding to the cafe. It was new but it was slowly winning her over one cup at a time.
